The whole machine body adopts high-quality mihanite cast iron for stable operation with low vibration. Equipped with twin-shaft screw and dual linear rail structure, it delivers faster cutting speed and higher daily output compared with SK-4012H and SK-6016 models. It supports aluminum sheet width up to 330mm and copper raw material up to 160mm, with adjustable shovel chip thickness from 0.05mm to 1.0mm, fully matching mass production of server cold plates, liquid cooling radiators and heat sink fins.
