The whole machine body adopts high-quality mihanite cast iron for stable operation with low vibration. Equipped with twin-shaft screw and dual linear rail structure, it delivers faster cutting speed and higher daily output compared with SK-4012H and SK-6016 models. It supports aluminum sheet width up to 330mm and copper raw material up to 160mm, with adjustable shovel chip thickness from 0.05mm to 1.0mm, fully matching mass production of server cold plates, liquid cooling radiators and heat sink fins.

The machine adopts double shaft structure matched with thickened linear rails, which bears heavier load and maintains precise positioning during long-hour continuous operation. Its maximum cutting length reaches 1200mm, supporting aluminum width up to 380mm and copper raw material up to 200mm.
With adjustable shovel chip thickness from 0.15–1.0mm, this equipment balances production speed and processing range, suitable for medium-batch mixed radiator manufacturing orders.

The stable cast structure ensures consistent precision during large-size material cutting, with matched twin-shaft drive system to balance cutting force on wide aluminum and copper sheets. It is mainly targeted at factories focusing on large fan heat sink accessories, with moderate daily output matching medium and small batch oversized radiator orders.

We adopt self-developed CNC shovel tooth processing technology to produce high-density fin radiators with good thermal conductivity, supporting mass OEM & ODM orders for global cooling equipment manufacturers.

Made of high-purity aluminum alloy, our cold plate supports customized channel size, thickness and interface to match different server heat dissipation demands, widely used in data center liquid cooling equipment.
